Local Student Stumps Internet With Tricky Chalkboard Riddle**Peshawar, PK*

Posted on September 7, 2026September 7, 2026 by admin

A simple chalkboard message is going viral after a student held up this question: *“WHAT IS THE ONLY LETTER THAT APPEARS IN THIS SENTENCE THREE TIMES?”*

The photo, shared this week, has people pausing to count, re-read, and debate in the comments.

At first glance it looks easy. But the trick is in the details. After counting every letter in the sentence, word-lovers figured it out: the answer is *R*.

Here’s why:
*R* appears once in “lette*r*”, once in “appea*r*s”, and once in “th*r*ee”. No other letter hits exactly three times.

Teachers are loving it. “It’s a cute way to get kids to pay attention to spelling and patterns,” said one local educator. “Plus it makes grammar fun.”

Social media users are calling it “the 10-second brain workout” and challenging friends to solve it without counting twice.

So, did you get it right on the first try?
