Because of the heated arguments and rude comments that happen on ABC’s “The View,” the show has a bad reputation. Some people say that the hosts put their own political goals ahead of productive conversations. The show tries to get people to watch by making controversial comments and fights, but its future is still unknown, especially since Disney wants to get out of the channel that isn’t doing well.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, a famous pop culture star, made some rude comments about Joy Behar, one of The View’s co-hosts, on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen not long ago. The comments got a lot of attention. When asked about her experiences with different celebrities, Snooki told Cohen what she really thought about Behar, which caught him off guard.
She called Behar the “rudest celebrity” she has met since she became famous on “Jersey Shore” 14 years ago.
Cohen looked shocked, so he asked Snooki again if Behar was being “rude” to her.
The MTV star responded right away, “Joy was so mean to me.”
So that he could learn more, Cohen went even further. “She snuck up on me in the bathroom!” It was Snooki who said, “And said, ‘You’re not Italian!’”
The host let out a gasp right away, which made Snooki, 35, say it again.
Cohen then asked the co-host of “Messyness” what they did during the claimed interaction. Snooki replied, “I said, ‘OK, ma’am.’”
Snooki didn’t say when she was rude to Behar, but in early 2011, she put up a video making fun of The View star. TMZ caught Snooki and her best friend Farley acting like older Jewish women in the now-deleted video. She played “Joy B” and talked about how “trashy” she was in the video.
In the video, they called Behar a “Italian wannabe” and made fun of her for not liking the cast of “Jersey Shore,” saying that kids like them wrecked her childhood during “the Great Depression.”
Snooki said that the video was taken down because too many people took it too seriously.
